The 70 m² of La Michounette have been designed to make your stay easy and enjoyable, with large south-east and south-west facing windows that let in beautiful Oléron light throughout the day.
A practical and well-thought-out holiday home
The large living room and fitted kitchen offer all the equipment you need to feel at home.
- You live outdoors as much as indoors thanks to the two large pocket sliding doors that let in the morning and evening light.
- The WiFi internet connection is provided via fiber optics (100 Mbit/s). It will satisfy even the most demanding users in terms of speed and meets the needs of remote work.
- The pantry and entrance hall have plenty of storage space for all your belongings and provisions.
- The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The appliances are recent (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine). Small appliances make your life easier (grater, blender, toaster, kettle, capsule espresso machine).
- Fancy some entertainment at the end of the day? We have installed a 32″ connected HD television with access to many applications as well as catch-up terrestrial TV channels.
Because an unforgettable stay depends on quality sleep, we have taken great care with the equipment in the sleeping area.
Soft nights and warmth, even in winter
The west-facing bedroom with warm tones has two single beds (90×200 cm) that can easily be pushed together. This bedroom gets the evening sun. The blue bedroom opens onto a wooden terrace. It is illuminated in the early hours of the day. We have equipped it with a double bed (160×200 cm).
All the bedding is recent and of high quality to ensure you have restful nights! The underfloor heating in the living areas makes your stay cozy in winter, a time when you can enjoy the Île d’Oléron in complete privacy. Inertia radiators provide heating for the bedrooms, and the solid wood parquet flooring is pleasant for walking barefoot. La Michounette is designed to welcome you even in the heart of winter, to discover the island during the quietest times of the year. Are you coming with young children? A high chair and a travel cot will be provided (please let us know when you book).
