La Michounette is nestled between the sea and the forest
The house is located in a quiet spot, in a small hamlet on the edge of a forest. You can hear the gentle sound of the waves as La Michounette is just a stone’s throw from the sea.
Well-equipped, the enclosed 150m² garden will delight young and old alike with:
- Garden furniture
- Sun loungers
- Shade sail or parasol
- Large Weber barbecue
- Ball and racket games
- Garden shed
The wooden decks await you to enjoy the sun
At La Michounette, we love the sun! That’s why we’ve built two terraces. The first, facing southeast, catches the morning rays. The sunset floods the second with its orange light. Whether it’s for sharing outdoor meals, reading comfortably lying on a sun lounger, taking a nap in the shade, or having a drink at the end of the day, there’s always a pleasant corner in the garden.
During the hottest months, we put up a large shade sail on the south-facing terrace. This way, the house stays cool even in very hot weather.
A wooden shed is available for storing your bikes and beach equipment. For parking your vehicle, you will have a private parking space.
Enjoy nature
Beach access is pleasant via a path through the forest, and there’s only one road to cross. Cycle paths start 100m from the garden gate and will take you to the town center, the beaches of Vert-Bois and Grand-Village, as well as the La Perroche sailing school. At La Michounette, nature reigns supreme!
Walkers and riders will find the area around La Michounette particularly appealing. We are happy to share our favorite hiking, cycling, and mountain biking routes with our visitors.
